We really liked this hotel! The location was central and near Union Square and the subway station. The staff, particularly Christina and Helen Gutierrez at the front desk, were so helpful and friendly. They provided us with lots of information and made us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also offered a continental breakfast and had a restaurant and bar/lounge area. we had a great stay and would recommend this place to our friends and family.

I also really appreciated the fact that the hotel had a sister hotel across the street where we could use the pool, bar, and restaurant facilities. it was a fantastic experience!

We did experience some issues with the air conditioning in our room. It was super hot upon arrival, and the staff initially informed us that there was no A/C.
