The staff at this hotel was outstanding! They were very friendly and attentive to the needs of the guests. the room service was great, and the housekeeping team really went above and beyond. the breakfast was wonderful with a good variety of options to choose from, which was good because it accommodated dietary restrictions. the hotel's location was ideal for our needs, being close to the interstate and nearby restaurants and stores. It was very easy to find and with attractions like the Haywood Mall and the Military History Center of the Carolinas just a short drive away.

One area that could be improved at this hotel is better communication with guests regarding any issues that may arise, such as the pool being out of service. It would have been helpful to know in advance.

The hotel did not accommodate my request for a bathtub, offering only stand-up showers.
