I loved the location of this hotel! It was so convenient, close to restaurants and outdoor activities. The rooms were really nice, and I especially enjoyed the living room area on the first floor. The staff, particularly David, who took care of us during our stay, was amazing. He made reservations for us and helped us find a restaurant that was open on Easter Sunday.

The only downside was the shower in the shared bathroom between our suite and another room. It was quite small, which made it difficult for my tall husband and sons to fit comfortably.

During our stay at Cumberland, Megan went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. We arrived early, drenched from the rain and covered in mud after a long bike ride. Megan immediately offered a secure storage area for our bicycles in a locked garage with a bike rack. She even provided rags to help us clean our bikes and bags. Megan allowed us to check in early and gave us the option to choose our room. She also shared fantastic recommendations for nearby restaurants within walking distance. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxuriously cozy bed and a lovely bathroom. The entire place was clean, and the large house offered various amenities. We were able to thoroughly clean and dry our belongings for our next day's ride. Megan's exceptional assistance and the comfortable accommodations made us feel right at home.

Although our stay was generally great, there were a few minor drawbacks. The lack of an elevator and the requirement to carry our belongings up narrow or dimly lit stairwells was a bit challenging.
