We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the harbor and directly across from a bustling nightclub. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and well-appointed room that had a beautiful esthetic. The cleanliness was impressive, and the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Parking was convenient, which was a relief in an area without a lot of parking options.

The room was impeccably clean, exceeding my expectations. I appreciated the warning about the early morning coffee service. The location was excellent, and the valet parking was very convenient.

The noise from footsteps and loud conversations around the coffee area could be bothersome. The price of the room was a bit high, but it was worth it considering the beautiful room, amazing bathroom, and comfortable bed.

This hotel is a real gem in the heart of Portland. The location is excellent, within the Historical Old Port area, and perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are beautifully appointed with very nice amenities like a central fireplace and patio. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast included in the price.

Located in the heart of a vibrant historical area, you can easily walk everywhere, from old town and Downtown Portland, to any attraction in 5-15 minutes. The room was nicely decorated, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing car service in the pouring rain. The breakfast was delicious with many choices and excellent coffee. The lobby was grand and welcoming.

The elevator was slow, but it wasn't a big deal.

Recently stayed at this stylish hotel for a few nights. The central location was great, just a stone's throw away from the harbor. The decor is adorable, with a relaxed nautical vibe that feels fresh and hip. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they even welcomed my furry friend with open arms. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and I especially loved the wood floors. The large empty fridge was a nice touch for storing drinks. Plus, the outside terrace was the perfect spot for a delicious breakfast in the morning.

As young people, we loved the amazing amenities at this hotel. The big tub was perfect for a relaxing soak, and having sparkling water on tap was a refreshing treat. The complimentary Starbucks and Tazo Tea were a bonus perk, keeping us energized throughout our stay. The location was also a major highlight, with plenty of fantastic restaurants within walking distance.

We had a fantastic stay at this place, which was perfect for two people who have never been to Maine before. The location is excellent for walking around and exploring the city. We loved that this venue was next to all things shopping and eating related in the area. It was great to be able to walk to all the local shops and restaurants. The service here was stellar, with the staff being attentive, accommodating, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to assist us during our stay.

Although the staff were friendly, capable, and provided great service, the only downside was that some of them were less than polite. However, we would still recommend this hotel to all.
