I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kabul Serena Hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel's tight security measures gave me peace of mind and made me feel safe at all times. The central location of the hotel was also a major plus, allowing me easy access to various attractions and amenities in the city.

Although the price point at the Kabul Serena Hotel may be higher than average for Afghanistan, I truly believe that the level of service and quality provided justified every penny. During my stay, I didn't encounter any significant negative aspects that would hinder my recommendation of this hotel.

The hotel had a nice pool and a restaurant with delicious food. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was quite noisy at night, and the location wasn't great as it was far from local attractions. I had some issues with the service, and the overall feeling of the hotel was a bit dated.

I stayed at a hotel in the center of the city, in a great location with a beautiful view of the mountains. It was near all the important government buildings and in a bustling area. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with clean and decent bathrooms. The staff was highly professional and efficient, providing excellent service. The breakfast and dinner buffet had a good variety of options, and the hotel had a lovely courtyard. The facilities, such as the gym and pool, were top-notch and added to the overall experience.

The service, however, was not up to par, with some issues such as non-functional printers and double-charging on certain items.

This hotel was an oasis of luxury. We were impressed by the Spa centre, where we got full body massages and facials. The heated outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers in the garden area was perfect for relaxing. Our room was fantastic with private facilities, a beautiful open-air bath, and an in-room breakfast. The restaurant had a great variety of dishes for all meals, and the snack bar offered tasty treats. The location advantage can be noticed with the BBQ facilities that they have.

Although the hotel was exceptional, the service could improve. We noticed some staff lacking attention to detail and the lobby felt sterile.
