As a group of friends, we loved the exceptional service from the friendly and helpful staff. Effie at the reception and Jan at the restaurant were especially polite and went out of their way to assist us. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city, with key attractions such as Venceslav square, Karluv most, and Praski hrad within walking distance. Effie also provided great recommendations for local restaurants, ensuring we had fantastic meals throughout our stay in Prague.

I also loved the fact that the hotel offered a delicious all-day breakfast with a wide range of options. It was great to be able to enjoy a leisurely breakfast until late in the morning. I had a fantastic time at this hotel.

While my experience at the hotel was mostly positive, I did have a couple of minor issues. the curtain panels in the room did not fully cover the floor to ceiling windows, which let in too much light in the morning.
