The location was ideal, as it was not far from the centre and close to everything I wanted to go to. The room was fabulous, with stunning views of the city and the mountains in the background. The bathroom was clean and nice looking, adding to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout the stay. The breakfast offered a small but tasty selection of eggs cooked in different ways, along with various forms of bread and sweet options.

It could have been more convenient if there was an additional lift, as the wait for the only lift on the premises could be quite long.

Our stay at the Black Diamond Hotel was fantastic. The modern design of the room provided an excellent view and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff at reception were extremely nice and helpful. The gym, with its cardio machines and free weights, was convenient for exercising. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the small parking garage and the occasional wait for the elevator, the hotel staff were always there to assist. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.

The location near the city center and popular attractions was also very convenient. the friendly staff made my stay more enjoyable.

There was some noise from outside - cars honking and dogs barking - that disrupted my sleep. the pool and jacuzzi area didn't seem very clean, so I didn't use them.

I recently stayed at this venue and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic and convenient, close to many local attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Room service was excellent and the in-room amenities were top-notch. The spa and wellness centre were amazing, with an indoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi that were perfect for relaxing. The massage therapy was truly a luxury and left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

I highly recommend this hotel to other travelers. The quality of service and amenities provided here is unmatched.
