Even though I could only stay for one night, I wish I could have stayed longer. the room was great, with all the necessary amenities and a nice view. the best part of my stay was the owners. the lovely couple who run the guesthouse were the kindest people I've met in Albania. They greeted me with delicious cookies, hot coffee, and tea every morning, and their warm family atmosphere made me feel at home. Despite the language barrier, we were able to communicate and even practice my Albanian. the location of the guesthouse was also perfect, situated between the bus terminal and the historic center of Gjirokaster. We had a wonderful stay at this charming guesthouse. From the moment we arrived, our experience was perfect. the room was clean, quiet, and spacious, with stunning views. the host, a warm and friendly lady, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always serving us delicious fresh fruit from her garden for breakfast. Her son also provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. the value for money was unbeatable, and we wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely return!

The garden was so lovely, I almost forgot I was in the concrete jungle. The WiFi worked perfectly, which meant I could still browse Instagram when I got bored of admiring the plants.

Oh, how thrilling it was to park my car in the free private parking. It was like a game of musical chairs, trying to find a spot before someone else swooped in.

The location of the guesthouse was perfect as it was close to both the old and new parts of the city, allowing easy access to all the main attractions. the son of the owners was very helpful and responsive, providing us with all the necessary information and recommendations.

One minor downside was the lack of plates and glasses in the room, which we had to request separately. It would have been more convenient if these items were already provided.
