The views from the lodge were absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the lake and offering stunning sunrises. the food served at the lodge was delicious and the cozy atmosphere made it even more enjoyable. the staff members were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant.

It would have been helpful if the lodge had provided an English-speaking guide or detailed instructions for the walk from the port to the hotel. while the view from the lodge was amazing for sunrise, it would have been good to know beforehand that the best spot for watching the sunset was a 20-minute walk away from the lodge.

I stayed at Ecolodge La Estancia for a few nights and had an incredible experience. The lodge is located in the most picturesque part of the island, offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had amazing amenities, including a cozy fireplace. The food at the lodge was exceptional, with a focus on sustainability and locally sourced ingredients. it was a splurge that was definitely worth it!

We were amazed by the stunning views from our spacious and comfortable room at Ecolodge La Estancia. The natural heating system kept us warm and cozy throughout our stay. The location, away from the crowded main community, provided a peaceful and serene experience. The friendly and competent personnel made us feel welcome, and the offer to bring our luggage up to the hotel was greatly appreciated. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and exceeded our expectations. we highly recommend this eco-friendly hotel for an unforgettable stay.

The main building had a charming adobe style and the food was delicious. The staff contacted us before our arrival to offer transportation assistance and took care of our luggage. We were welcomed with refreshing drinks and our lodge was exceptionally clean. The dinner and breakfast options were phenomenal, and the staff even prepared special vegan meals for us. The location and views were breathtaking, and the lodge itself was comfortable and modern. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate us when we needed an extra night due to illness. a fantastic experience that we would definitely repeat.

We had a comfortable stay in a great location, with stunning views of the lake and snow-capped peaks in the distance. The rooms were cozy and clean, with beautiful newly renovated bathrooms. The staff was generally helpful, and they arranged for our luggage to be transferred to and from the port. The ecolodge also offered fantastic hikes right outside our door, adding to the overall experience.

The lodge could improve on providing clear instructions or an English-speaking guide to lead guests from the port to the hotel.
