I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of our stay at the hotel. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city center without any noise from traffic. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. Even though breakfast was a bit cold, there was still a decent selection of food available. One highlight was the exceptional service from Artiste, the bar waiter. I would highly recommend this hotel and want to express my gratitude for a fantastic stay!

My recent stay at Hotel Austria was absolutely wonderful! I was in Tirana for a week-long business trip, and this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast at the restaurant was truly amazing. What impressed me the most was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the friendly front desk employees to the attentive waiters, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and taken care of. The hotel's central location and comfortable amenities were also a huge plus. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tirana.

I had a fantastic time staying at this place. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city center. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the luxurious bathroom with its big walk-in shower. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the receptionist girls to the waiter in the restaurant and the cleaning lady. They all spoke excellent English and made me feel so welcome. The hotel had a great range of amenities and services, including room service, car hire, and laundry facilities. this venue really exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

Right in the city center, so very central to everything. Close to the Skanderbeg square, in the center of this city just 5 minutes from the main square. Clean room and comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing free breakfast.
