We had a great time at the hotel, enjoying the amazing panoramic views of the mountains and city from our room. The spacious and clean deluxe room with a balcony was a highlight. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and the hotel had a good location. We also appreciated the transfer service arranged by the kind hostess at a reasonable price. we were impressed with the newly renovated hotel and its spectacular views.

The hotel made us feel at home and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was close to the center of this city and offered a beautiful view of the mountains. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and we were impressed with the modern facilities it had, including a smart TV and mini fridge. The staff were friendly and spoke English, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel room was modern and clean, with all the amenities we expected, like shampoo, shower gel, and even coffee and tea. the staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. One of the best aspects was the location, situated on a hill with panoramic views of the city. It was a quiet area, away from the noise of highways.

the room telephone didn't work, and the lock on the balcony door was broken, making us feel insecure. Lastly, there was no one to help with the luggage, which was difficult, especially for families with children, as there was no elevator in the hotel.

once inside Kirovakan, I was pleasantly surprised. the room was like a spacious apartment, complete with a living room and beautiful views of the city and lake. the room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the ample power sockets for charging my devices. the hot water worked well, and there were even bathrobes and slippers provided. the check-in process was easy, and although the hotel was not too close to the city center, the value for the price was excellent. the staff were also accommodating, arranging a late dinner for us even though we arrived past midnight.

I absolutely love staying at this hotel! It has the perfect blend of Soviet era charm and modern amenities. the rates are unbeatable in Vanadzor, making it a great value for money. the shower is outstanding, providing a refreshing and invigorating experience. the breakfast offers a good selection of hot dishes, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. the room lighting is excellent, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciate the space heater in my room, which kept me warm and comfortable. And let's not forget the awesome view of the mountains - simply breathtaking! the neighborhood, while typical Armenian, is not dodgy at all. I've stayed here multiple times and have always been pleased with my experience.
