We had an amazing experience at Vila Verde City Center. The hotel's location was perfect, just on the edge of the city center and within easy walking distance to Skanderberg square. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, allowing us to store our bags until our late afternoon bus departure. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was spotless. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. the hotel offered great value for money and exceeded our expectations.

The staff didn't speak English well and they were not very welcoming. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and there was a lot of noise from the street outside the hotel, which made it hard to sleep.
