We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were impressed by the enhanced comfort and quality services provided. The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is very close to the beach, allowing for easy beach access and beautiful views of the sea. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, providing solutions to any issues that arose. They had a brilliant command of English, making communication seamless.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located very close to the beach and the center. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony providing a side sea view. The bathroom was well-maintained with a walk-in shower and all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring our room was cleaned daily and meeting our needs promptly. The breakfast offered a decent variety of options, and we enjoyed dining at the rooftop bar which offered great drinks at reasonable prices. The hotel's pool on the rooftop was a highlight, providing a relaxing and uncrowded atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's location near lots of restaurants gave us plenty of dining options.

There was only one elevator which led to a bit of a wait at times.

I recently stayed at Hotel Regina City for a week-long beach getaway. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and bay. The small pool on the upper level provided a relaxing place to unwind. The address was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, with delicious sweets prepared by the talented breakfast chefs, Kimete and Rozi. They also took great care of my three boys, treating them like their own. The staff, including Xhesika at the front desk, were informative and pleasant. We can't wait to return next summer.

We had a bit of an issue with the parking space, but it was quickly resolved by the hotel staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great view. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop restaurant was amazing. The hotel also offers a shuttle service from the airport at a reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and location.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The hotel is well located, close to the seafront and surrounded by restaurants, bars, markets, and pharmacies. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

My Easter break was fantastic! the hotel was great, and I loved the two complementary services we received. the hotel location was breathtaking, with a stunning view of the sea. the beach was only a few steps away, making it convenient to spend time there. the Best aspect, however, was the rooftop pool, which was delightful, with crystal clear blue water perfect for relaxing with a loved one.

Despite the excellent facilities, the customer service was substandard. the lack of attention to detail was a disappointment.
