I recently stayed at Una Apartments for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The host was very helpful and kept in touch throughout my stay, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The apartment was incredibly clean, and even though it was in an old stone house, the air conditioner and warm blanket provided kept me comfortable. The sweet lady who lived downstairs fixed a small issue with the tea pot and even treated us to some hot buns as we were leaving. a wonderful stay!

Strongly recommend this hotel.

Perfect Base From Strolling Through The Old Town To Going To Your Excursions

During our stay at Una Apartments, we were delighted by the excellent location. Being right in the heart of the old town allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the charming streets and attractions. We were also thrilled to have a stunning mountain view from our room, adding to the overall experience. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even picking us up from the airport. Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as a broken shower holder and a non-functioning kettle, they were quickly addressed by the attentive staff. we had a fantastic time at Una Apartments and would highly recommend it as a base for your adventures.

The value for money at Una Apartments was fantastic, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, tucked away in the old city but not too touristy, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The staff were friendly and gave great recommendations for restaurants and attractions.

The breakfast experience could use some improvement.
