For the price we paid, we got great value for our money. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect - right in the heart of the city center. The staff at Theatro- City Center were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Our room on the first floor had a comfortable bed and a spacious balcony. the bathroom was clean and had a great shower. the breakfast buffet was the best we had during our trip, with plenty of choices for all tastes. the reception staff were friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome upon our arrival. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely return.

The rooms were very clean and surprisingly quiet considering its central location. The staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for its great location, cleanliness, and helpful staff.

Although the view from the balcony wasn't the best, the balcony itself was spacious and had two chairs to relax on. There were a few small issues like the broken soap not being replaced by housekeeping and a lack of towel hooks in the bathroom, but these were easy to overcome by simply asking for a new soap and finding alternative places to hang towels.

One downside is the weak internet connection on the upper floors. However, it is much better in the reception sitting area.
