The breakfast choices could use more variety beyond just sweet options!!! Why do I have to walk outside to the pool? A roof would help, especially when it rains!!! Not to mention the cable TV issues—only Spanish programming? Come on!!!

Had a nice staycation. The rooms were sufficently clean, and the WiFi worked well enough. I was fond of the pool—refreshing, clean, and the chairs were just right. The service was decent, and someone spoke English at the front desk almost all the time, made things easier for me. It was great not hearing my family next door because the room walls are thick, even if they were playful, haha.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but you know, for the price, I expected the shower temp to not fluctuate like it was having a meltdown. And that fuzzy chair in the bathroom? Gross. Why is it near the toilet? Come on, really?

Our late-night check-in was smooth, and the breakfast buffet was diverse with something for everyone! The staff were super accommodating, even storing our bags after check-out.

this hotel is super stylish n in a great location in san telmo! breakfast was amaze with lots of choices for everyone. the staff were really friendly and helpful too, even at late check-in! wifi n hot water were on point. Comfy beds made for sweet dreams. the pool area was warm and clean, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

the shower temp was a disaster, fluctuating from hot to cold like it was playin games, and the elevators were kinda confusing. also, could really use more hangers in the room, it was a bit cramped.

ker san telmo is a very nice place. the spacious room was beautifully decorated and the location is perfect for sightseeing. it’s close to major attractions, making it easy to explore. breakfast was good too, with plenty of options. massage services are highly recommended, but remember to reserve ahead.
