The staff was super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. We also enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. the free breakfast provided was a delicious start to the day, offering a good variety of tasty options.

One thing we disliked was the noise in the hallway, which could get quite disruptive at times. upon checking in, we noticed that there was still some hair on the floor, which was not ideal.

We had a fantastic stay at Illyrian Boutique Hotel. The location was perfect, just steps away from the city center and beautiful beaches. Our room had a huge balcony with a breathtaking view of the sunset over Saranda bay. The rooftop bar, although closed during our visit, looked like a wonderful spot to relax with a cocktail and enjoy the sea view. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the construction noise and issues with the water, the overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend Illyrian Boutique Hotel for a wonderful stay in Saranda.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is perfect, right in the centre of everything. We were able to easily explore the city and all its attractions. The main bus station and the harbour were both very close by, which made it convenient for us to travel around. The hotel itself was impeccable, with top-notch service and excellent housekeeping. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The staff was always available to assist us with car hire and tours, and they provided us with helpful information. The room amenities were outstanding, including ironing facilities and a well-stocked tea and coffee area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and soundproofed walls. We also enjoyed the garden furniture outside our room, where we could relax and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.
