We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The hotel facilities, including the sauna and indoor pool, were in good working condition and provided a great way to relax. Additionally, the hotel's location, close to the beach and with easy access to transportation, made it convenient for us to explore the city.

We decided to base ourselves on our recent trip to Albania at a hotel that is perfectly located - right on the beach and close to the exit for other cities. Our room was spacious and clean with a balcony offering stunning sea views. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options.

The spa facilities did not meet our expectations. The advertised opening time was not accurate, and we had to request that the lights and sauna be turned on during our initial visits.

Excellent experience. Friendly receptionist and comfortable spacious rooms with balcony. Beach and pool deck relaxing and restaurant offers great food. Breakfast selection was perfect. Good location for exploring nearby attractions with transport provided.

The hotel is located right next to the sandy beach, providing easy access to sunbathing and swimming. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are modern and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of fresh food options. Additionally, the hotel has a well-equipped spa center, perfect for relaxation after a long day at the beach.

This hotel provided a truly luxurious experience. the Spa & wellness centre had exceptional service and facilities, including a Turkish bath, sauna, and treatment rooms. the outdoor swimming pool was beautifully designed, and guests had access to the private beachfront with sun loungers and umbrellas. the restaurant had a varied menu with special diet options, and a professional waiting staff. The room had exclusive amenities, high-quality entertainment, and beautiful views. Cons: This hotel did not have a body scrub service, which was a minor issue.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and clean room, and the staff treated us amazingly. The location next to the beach was perfect for a family trip.

Menu for breakfast could use some improvement, especially with regards to clearing plates and setting up tables.

Had a great Easter at this hotel! the location was perfect, just 40 minutes away from the airport. the rooms were spacious and had stunning sea views from the balcony. the staff were incredibly welcoming and always went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the food was delicious and offered great value for money. the rooftop terrace for breakfast overlooking the sea was a highlight. the pool was a delight, and we loved having dinner by its side.

The wifi was unstable and often a disaster. We also missed having a welcome tray with tea and a kettle in the room.

I had a fantastic stay at Palace Hotel & Spa! The level of service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the excellent reception to the attentive waiters. The manager's attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, making everything perfect. The rooms were impeccably clean and I highly recommend the luxurious Suite. The spa facilities were exceptional, and I had a truly relaxing experience. Even though the sea wasn't like the Maldives, the hotel provided spacious beach umbrellas for a comfortable beach visit.
