The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, with the resort link bus dropping me off right at the hotel's doorstep. From the top level, I had a breathtaking view of the canal through the large glass window. The lobby and coffee shop had a classic and warm ambiance, and the hotel staff were friendly and professional. Additionally, the breakfast offered a delicious variety of food options.

Some aspects of the hotel may need improvement.

the canal view room was perfect for enjoying the Snow Light Path Festival. We could watch the snowfall from our cozy sitting area. the onsen facilities were clean and well-equipped, and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk to the JR Station and shopping streets. the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, even accommodating our multiple bookings into one room. We can't thank them enough for their helpfulness and hospitality.

The view from the room was impressive, and it made us feel relaxed and calm. the staff tried their best to help us with information on how to get to the places we wanted to visit. the breakfast and sushi were appetizing, and the sizes of the beds were good.
