The hotel is strategically located where it's easy to access the main seaside sites. The hotel food was excellent with a lot of tasty dishes. The rooms were very clean, hygienic, and comfortable to spend time in.

The hotel staff's approach was too much focused on business instead of prioritizing guests' comfort. We checked in very late and requested an early check-in, but the receptionist refused without any negotiation and insisted on charging us full room rent. The management should adopt a more customer-focused approach that prioritizes guest satisfaction over profits.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the excellent facilities and amenities at the hotel. The staff, including Malik, Katia, Mohamed, Han. The upgraded room with a balcony/terrace provided an excellent view of the nearby seaside sites. The three restaurants offered excellent food, and the hotel's proximity to Algiers and the towns of Tipasa and Cherchell made it easy for us to attend to our business matters. The hotel also arranged for reliable and professional taxi drivers, like Abdenour, to transport us around the area.

Felt relaxed, no reason to complain.
