We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right in the centre and close to everything. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast had a great selection and the view from the 5th floor was amazing. The restaurant service was excellent too, as they accommodated my special request for a mixed salad. we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The location was ideal for me as it was close to the main shopping center and within walking distance of the bus station, Old town, and the shopping street. I loved being able to explore the city of Andorra La Vella on foot. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect getaway after a long day of sightseeing. It was also very clean, which I greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing valuable recommendations for sightseeing destinations. The amenities offered were outstanding, including a spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. my stay at this venue was perfect in terms of location, room comfort, and customer service.

What a romantic escape! the view from our room was breathtaking, with the Pyrenees mountains and the sound of the rushing river just outside. We loved being able to relax and fall asleep to the soothing sounds of nature. the location was perfect, within walking distance to all the key places in town. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. It was the perfect way to start our day of exploring.

That some of the amenities didn't meet our expectations. This added an unexpected expense to our trip.

The hotel is really in the center next to the shopping street, making it easy to explore the town on foot. We found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, with big and beautiful bathrooms. The staff was very helpful, quickly resolving any issues we had. The breakfast buffet had a diverse selection of food and the views were really nice.

The parking under the hotel is expensive, like usual in Andorra.

We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally large room and bathroom at Acta. The top floor breakfast selection had a beautiful morning view, and the A/C kept us comfortable throughout our stay. The convenient parking in the building was a bonus. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the check-in process and lack of in-room coffee maker, our overall experience was positive. We would recommend this hotel.

Located just next to the Central Park, this hotel offers a picturesque view of the river. The rooms are spacious with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The breakfast selection on the top floor is very good, and the service is fast and efficient.

The check-in process can be lengthy, even with only one person at the reception.

We had a wonderful stay at a great hotel in Andorra. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the room was spacious and clean. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. We also appreciated the discounted parking at the nearby public parking lot. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Andorra.

The breakfast was decent and we got a free welcome drink upon arrival. the location was great with easy access to shops and restaurants. the spa bath in the room was a nice touch and added an extra bit of luxury to our Xmas stay.

The room was uncomfortably warm no matter what we did with the temperature control. It was unbearable at times and made it hard to sleep.
