As young holiday goers, we were impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Ofelia went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and ensure we had a comfortable stay. The fact that she was able to provide a room on the main floor and include breakfast vouchers was a great bonus. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location near the highway was convenient and made our journey to O'Hare airport hassle-free.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was just about 30 minutes from the city and 15 from the outlets, which was really convenient for me. The hotel was everything I expected from the Hilton brand – great service, friendly staff, and basic amenities. The room was very comfortable and QUIET, which is what I really appreciated. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from.

The only minor improvement I would suggest is to have bigger garbage cans in the rooms.

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated right next to the Drury theatre and just a short walk from McDonald's. The little store they have in the hotel is also convenient. The room was extra clean, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a great experience.
