The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and the view from our room was absolutely stunning, giving us a perfect glimpse of the surrounding area.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. The additional charge for using the pool was quite steep, and the limited hours for children to use it made it difficult to fully enjoy.

It is impossible to walk directly to the town from the hotel as the road is steep, winding, and lacks a footpath.

One evening, my family and I decided to try the Gala dinner. Although the menu wasn't provided beforehand, the variety of canapés and fish dishes surpassed our expectations.

The hotel is located on a hill to the right and it's impossible to walk down to the gondola due to a dangerous steep winding road with no footpath. The room has a nice view over the valley and it is spotlessly clean. The staff at reception were very helpful and professional.

Stayed during Christmas, the hotel had great decorations and atmosphere. the breakfast had good variety and the staff were helpful in finding seating for our large group. the location was excellent for skiing, with the ski lift just a short walk away.

The hotel could have had more information available about the surrounding area. We had trouble finding restaurants nearby, and the hotel's restaurant was a bit expensive.
