The friendly and attentive staff, delicious breakfast and dinner, convenient shuttle bus to the ski piste, and clean rooms and toilets. The hotel also offers a spa and ski-locker, and communication with the hotel via WhatsApp was helpful.

For us, it was ideal.

We stayed at this place two years in a row and we loved it. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast and dinner are delicious. The hotel and rooms are always clean, and we appreciated the complimentary shuttle to the ski lifts. The spa was an added bonus for relaxation after a day on the slopes.

The location, breakfast, children friendly facilities, and spa were all excellent. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were comfortable. The lift service to the slopes was a great convenience. The value for money was impressive and the food choices were plentiful.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a spa and bar area. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making an effort to know your name. The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. The breakfast and dinner options were varied and plentiful.

The hotel offered a great variety of food for breakfast and dinner, including fresh fruit, cereal, eggs, bacon. the staff was very friendly and could not do enough to ensure a fantastic stay. the hotel gym provided simple but good facilities, and there was an overall lovely atmosphere in the hotel.

The hotel bus service was only available in the morning until 10 am and started up again against 3:30 and 5:30 pm, which wasn't ideal for lunchtime. the hotel spa facilities were poorly maintained, and some of them were neglected and not working correctly, which made it difficult to cool off after the hot treatments.
