The location of this hotel was convenient for my xmas break, as it was close to the town center and offered easy access to bars and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was impressive. the parking facilities were nearby, which was convenient as I had rented a car.

The lack of English-speaking staff made communication difficult, and there was no fridge in the room, which was inconvenient.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The basic amenities and rooms with a view in this hotel are fantastic. Additionally, the location near a soccer field where they play until 2200 is a great perk.

Excellent value for the money. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view. Although there was a language barrier, the staff at La Planada were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was satisfying and the location was convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at La Planada! the location was very good, close to Andorra la Vella and in a quiet area of Ordino. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options. the room, although not big, was perfect for a sleep-over. the hotel also had a clean pool and there were public buses nearby for easy access to the Sorteny National Park. a great choice for a hiking holiday at a very good price.

Nothing to complain about, everything was great! 👌

The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms suitable for a short stay. The free parking across the street and transportation options made it convenient to explore the city center of Ordino and also easily reach the capital of Andorra. Additionally, the hotel's location next to a soccer field allowed us to enjoy watching games until 2200.

Can't fault the property in any way.

Convenient location for races and close to city center. Friendly staff, although limited English. Good value out of ski season. Ample breakfast with enough food and drink. Small car park available. Buses to national park nearby for hiking.
