By Cllix was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout my stay. The property's management team, reception, and staff were all responsive and great. The room itself was well appointed and comfortable, and I would definitely choose to stay here again. The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk to my event and 2 minutes to the train station, Woolworths, and Starbucks. The moderne look of the apartment added to the overall experience. The hand-held shower in the bathroom was a lovely touch, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Walked like a model to the iconic Story Bridge in 11 minutes. With free WiFi, I stealthily checked my social media while lazing by the pool. Oh, and they're LGBTQ+ friendly, darling.

I absolutely adored the stained carpets and non-closing cupboard drawers. So chic.

Great rooftop views, fantastic pool, convenient location near train station, restaurants, and clubs. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, fully furnished with complete kitchen appliances and utensils. Washer and dryer provided. Luxurious bathroom with supplied toiletries. Straightforward check-in/check-out process. Surprisingly quiet even on busy nights. 😎

By Cllix provided a lovely unit that was just the right size for us. The location was fantastic, making it easy to travel with public transportation or by car. The Fortitude train station was very close, and there were plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket within walking distance for every budget. The apartment itself was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, aircon, and a balcony. It had a nice open feel to it. The staff at By Cllix were also very friendly and helpful, providing amazing customer service.

Siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno presso questo hotel nel centro della città. La posizione è ottima, essendo vicino a tutto e facilmente accessibile grazie alla vicinanza alla metro. Great location, close to public transport and entertainment. The manager was extremely helpful and friendly, providing assistance with check-in and showing me to my apartment and carpark.Impressed by the manager's promptness in resolving issues, such as guiding me to the correct elevator when I took the wrong one.

Check-in procedure was unclear, causing confusion upon arrival and difficulty finding the correct access to the apartment. The building was poorly made and confusing to navigate, with a lack of signage and instructions.
