The location of the hotel was fantastic, right beside the ski lift and with a nice run down to the bottom. This made it super convenient for us to hit the slopes every day. the staff at the hotel were also very friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.

One aspect that we didn't quite enjoy was the noise insulation in the rooms. We could hear people in the adjacent rooms quite loudly, which disrupted our sleep at times.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful, the salads this year were mind-blowing, the rooms are jaw-droppingly spacious with an incredible view from the balcony, parking is never a problem during autumn, the surroundings are peaceful, and the hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms also have a kitchen and plenty of storage space for drying ski gear. The location is great for exploring hiking trails and there's a convenient bus to Andorra La Vella. The half board option has a wide variety of delicious food, and the staff is attentive. Plus, there's a laundry service available.

Great location for trekking, spacious rooms with balcony, helpful staff, flexibility in dining arrangements, good value for money.

We had a fantastic ski holiday staying in a hotel right next to the slopes. The location was perfect, with the ski lift just a stone's throw away. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing plenty of space for our ski gear. The breakfast in the hotel was delicious, with a great selection of fresh fruit and cooked items. We also appreciated the free soup/broth served in the afternoons. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The vegetarian options for dinner were quite limited.
