The beautiful building and surroundings provided a lovely backdrop for a comfortable room with a fabulous shower and delicious room service food. The breakfast was really good, and the customer service improved after initial issues, making for a pleasant stay despite some room maintenance and service hiccups.

the courtyard rooms were charming, offering lovely views of the well-kept grounds. the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with large and cozy spaces. the hotel facilities included convenient tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, along with complimentary shower gel and shampoo in each bathroom. the comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep. the breakfast was delightful, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

My friends and I had the best time at the Hotel Triplets Entertainment and Family Fun Park! the theme park rides were off the hook, and the live music was lit! Plus, the on-site food trucks served the tastiest snacks ever.

More late-night activities for young party animals like us would be epic! A more vibrant nightlife scene would take the fun factor to the next level!

I found that at times, the staff seemed preoccupied with chatting amongst themselves rather than tending to guests. It would have been nice to receive more attentive service during my stay.

The room was clean, spacious, and warm, and the breakfast offered a good selection. However, service was slow with clearing tableware. the location was convenient, with easy access to Belper's landmarks and real ale pubs, enhancing relaxation and family bonding. Unfortunately, noise from nearby functions impacted my rest, and dining options were restricted due to busy times.

A stay at Makeney Hall was enchanting. the historic building and beautiful gardens create a fairytale setting, perfect for a wedding. the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the spacious room with a comfy bed ensured a peaceful night's rest. Nearby pubs and a market town provide additional exploring opportunities.
