We were truly impressed with the classic grand hotel atmosphere of the building, complete with a stunning atrium and a smart design. The lobby and seating areas were equally impressive. The restaurant offered a great menu and the rooms were well-maintained and stocked with all the amenities you would expect. Even when faced with a rainstorm, the staff promptly resolved an issue with a ceiling leak and relocated us to a new room within minutes. we couldn't be happier with our stay.

The comfortable double rooms are kept to a good standard, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The friendly and helpful staff, like Josefina from Argentina, go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The buffet breakfast, which includes options for cooked pancakes or omelettes, is a satisfying start to the day.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities provided in the spa and wellness centre were outstanding. the sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room were perfect for relaxation. the massage we had was top-notch, and the beauty treatment was excellent. the hotel's location was also a plus, being walking distance to shops and entertainment.

The Spa lounge was a little less inviting than we expected. There was only one minor issue with the service, as the wait for dinner was longer than usual.
