We loved the well-designed hotel with a beautiful wellness/pool area, perfect for those of us with kids. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and dinner was also great. Our room had a fantastic Mountain View and was ideally located near the olympic ice rink, train station, and city center. The modern underground parking was a bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, as it is close to the city center and within walking distance to the cogwheel train. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with excellent recommendations and always willing to assist with any queries. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, from a spa and wellness center with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services, to a beautiful sun terrace and a fitness center. The rooms were clean and well equipped, with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and free toiletries. The breakfast and dinner buffet had a fantastic selection of well-prepared foods, and the staff, especially Emilie, made the dining experience welcoming and enjoyable.

My recent stay at Aja in Garmisch-Partenkirchen was fantastic! The interior design throughout the hotel was cozy and consistent. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the dining area was spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location near the train station and cogwheel train to Zugspitze made it convenient for exploring the area.

New rooms. Good value. Nice ski room. Decent pool and gym. Attentive staff. Family and pet-friendly.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary afternoon coffee and cake, a nice touch that added to my holiday experience. the location was perfect, making it easy to explore the nearby area, with convenient access to public transportation. the modern decor and comfortable bed were a definite plus.

I did not enjoy the indoor wellness area due to the high temperature, which made it difficult for me to stay there for extended periods. I experienced some issues with communication with staff, as not all of them spoke fluent German or English.

The hotel had a great spa and pool area, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. the breakfast selection was also good, offering a variety of options to start the day. I loved the key location of the hotel, making it easily accessible by train and close to a shopping street with top-notch Italian restaurants.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. the housekeeping was lacking, with no daily cleaning provided during our three-night stay.
