I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect, situated near the city center, allowing easy access to various restaurants and shops. Additionally, it was conveniently close to the Gondola and had beautiful views overlooking a serene river. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities, such as an in-room safe, balcony. The staff provided excellent service, and I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel also offered various services, including room service, car hire, and laundry, which enhanced my comfort and convenience during my stay.

I recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The location of the hotel was ideal for skiers, as it was conveniently close to the ski lifts at the bottom of the Arinsal gondola. This made it easy to hop onto the slopes for the day. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms had hot water for a relaxing soak after a long day of skiing. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, making the overall experience enjoyable.

Some guests mentioned that the walls between the rooms were thin, which led to noise disturbances at times.

Celebrating New Year's Eve in the mountains was amazing! The hotel was conveniently close to the ski lifts and had great views from the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating during our stay. The food was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed the variety of options for both breakfast and dinner. The spa, gym and pool were also great amenities that we took advantage of daily.

The room was a bit outdated and not as advertised in the pictures. The bedding could have been a bit more comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was spotty at times. Additionally, the noise from the nearby road could be heard in the room, but it did not bother us too much. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
