I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in the mountains, and I have to say, it was a truly luxurious experience. The location of this place was perfect, right next to the ski lift and with a ski run that takes you directly back to the hotel. It made getting to and from the slopes effortless. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any request. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could need. The hot water and pressure in the showers were excellent, and the rooms were always warm with plenty of radiators for drying equipment. I also loved the contemporary industrial style of the decor.

If you're looking for a place that's perfect for families, I highly recommend this hotel.

Impressive location right next to the chairlift, just a few steps away. The staff was incredibly attentive and kind. The rooms were spacious and recently renovated. The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of high-quality food. The small spa was a great spot to relax after a day of skiing. Definitely planning to return next winter.

I absolutely loved the location of the hotel, it was so convenient being right next to the cable car up to the Pal Arinsal ski area. It made it effortless to start and finish our days of skiing. we had exclusive access to Ordino before other people, which was an incredible opportunity. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, and the breakfast had a great selection of food and drinks. The staff were really friendly and always welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

I was disappointed that the hotel differentiated the level of inclusive service based on how we booked. It would have been fairer if all guests were offered the same perks and amenities.

The bar man was also fantastic, treating the children with respect and making their time enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and decorated in a modern industrial style. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!
