Breakfast was only available until 9am, which was quite early for us. There was also no bar open during our stay, and we found the hotel lacked atmosphere.

The lobby has a pleasing fragrance from the owner's fragrance company. The staff are friendly and gave a free room upgrade. The room has a unique layout with sleeping area on a different floor. The breakfast has all the staples and the restaurant staff are delightful. Nearby attractions are easily accessible.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed, including extra pillows and gluten-free toast at breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the use of WhatsApp to contact reception was handy. The spa in the basement was a great addition, and the hotel had good transportation links.
