Breakfast was only available until 9am, which was quite early for us. We struggled with the lift as it would get stuck between floors.

The lobby has a pleasing fragrance from the owner's fragrance company. The staff are friendly and gave a free room upgrade. The room has a unique layout with sleeping area on a different floor. The breakfast has all the staples and the restaurant staff are delightful. Nearby attractions are easily accessible.

I stayed at Lansbury Heritage for a weekend event at the O2 and it was fantastic. The beautiful property has a modern twist and is conveniently located near the tube. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed, including extra pillows and gluten-free toast at breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the use of WhatsApp to contact reception was handy. The spa in the basement was a great addition, and the hotel had good transportation links.
