Convenient location in the heart of the city, close to the bay area and downtown. The lobby was impressive, with a large reception desk and shops. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with a nice bed. The gym facilities were excellent, with a personal trainer available and a variety of equipment. The indoor and outdoor pools were also enjoyable. the hotel was fairly clean and tidy, and the wifi worked well throughout the property.

The dining experience was a bit disappointing, especially the breakfast which had a limited selection and lower quality compared to other Epic Sana hotels. There was also a strange smell in the restaurant, which was not very pleasant.

The hotel is quite well-located with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. the view from the room was also nice and the bed was comfortable for our romantic escape. We enjoyed the pool and the Jacuzzi a lot, which helped us relax and unwind.

The service was not up to our expectations. We had some issues with the air conditioning in our room which took the staff several attempts to fix.
