The checkout was extended for 3 hours to accommodate guests with children, creating a comfortable stay. The breakfast options offered a diverse selection of fresh foods to cater to different cultures. The hotel's location in the city center provided beautiful views. The cleanliness of the establishment was impeccable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure guests felt safe and at ease.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city center. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The cleanliness was impeccable and the breakfast offered a large variety of fresh foods suitable for all tastes. The location was perfect, being close to the marginal and reasonably close to the airport. the service level was excellent and we were greeted warmly by the front desk throughout our stay.

The view from the room was stunning, with beautiful scenery overlooking the city. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a safe and convenient area of the city. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.

The pricing of the food and beverages was extremely high, making it quite expensive to dine at the hotel. Additionally, the service could be improved, as we often had to wait for staff attention.

The hotel is quite well-located with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. the view from the room was also nice and the bed was comfortable for our romantic escape. We enjoyed the pool and the Jacuzzi a lot, which helped us relax and unwind.

The service was not up to our expectations. We had some issues with the air conditioning in our room which took the staff several attempts to fix.

Amazing rooftop bar and terrace with a stunning view of the city. The Portuguese restaurant was a standout with delicious food. The hotel's Guest Relations team, especially Stephanie Cardoso, went above and beyond to arrange a day trip for me. I highly recommend this hotel.
