Staff were helpful, printing was a lifesaver. Everything I need is here: Wi-Fi, valet parking, Infinity pool. No pets or smoking. VIP check-in/out. Perfect for city trip. I keep coming back for the service and amenities.

The kids loved the fun activities organized by the friendly staff, while my wife and I enjoyed some relaxation time by the pool. the all-inclusive experience made it stress-free for us to enjoy quality family time together.

For dads, it would be great to have more shaded areas by the pools for kids' sun protection.
