The beach was stunning, crystal clear, with plenty of fish. The vibe team was outstanding, hosting exciting daily activities that truly made our stay memorable and enjoyable.

My experience was marred by numerous issues. Despite being a Diamond Club guest, service was inconsistent and I often went without basic amenities. The food at the Caribbean restaurant was subpar, and I struggled with unhelpful staff when I raised concerns—it felt like they didn't care. I expected better from a resort of this caliber, yet I spent more time addressing problems than enjoying my vacation.

The beach was a daily paradise with gorgeous views, and the rooms were well-appointed and comfortable. We especially loved the daytime activities like kayaking and the peaceful vibe at the beach club.

However, the staff seemed overwhelmed and lacking in training, which sadly took away from the experience. We experienced delays with room services, and some areas had an unpleasant sewage odor—definitely not what you expect for an upscale resort.

Had an awesome week with friends at this all-inclusive resort! We enjoyed kayaking and lounging at the beach club. The staff was friendly, and the food selection was impressive! Can't recommend it enough for a family reunion or a birthday. there's something for everyone. A fun atmosphere for card games like blackjack and Texas hold ‘em.

Had an amazing time during my stay! I loved the infinity pool and the spa services like the relaxing body scrub they offered. The only downside was that the mini fridge didn’t have enough snacks, but everything else was fantastic! 😄

I had an incredible time! The steakhouse was a highlight, best steak I’ve had in forever. Scott and the entertainment crew totally made the nights fun. Rooms were comfy, but I did notice a musty smell in a few. Staff was super friendly though, and really helped when I needed to switch my room. It felt really safe too.

the resort had a great swim-up bar. the food at some restaurants was inconsistent and poor.

The Luxury Junior Suite with Bay View was comfy and well-maintained. It was cleaned well every day, and I didn't want to leave the view from our room! Really loved waking up to the calm sea. The vibe was pretty chill, making it easy to relax after a long day at the beach. Could’ve used a bit more space for lounging, but overall, it was solid.

We enjoyed the stunning beach before sunrise! ! I was down there soaking in the peaceful vibes while watching the waves!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth it for the memories.

It was just a perfect match for a brief pause in Five Islands Village with good value for cost. The staff at the beach were always friendly and made sure we had everything we needed while we lounged around. Try to reserve your dining options early to avoid waiting in line later.
