The hotel's WiFi provided reliable service, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The public areas were spacious, and the on-site restaurant served tasty meals. we enjoyed our time at this hotel, especially due to its proximity to the port.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right across from the port and in the centre of everything. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when I needed room service or laundry done. The room itself was also very nice, with all the amenities I needed such as an in-room safe, television, and electric kettle. Plus, the spa and wellness centre was a wonderful place for relaxation. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience here.

The complementary breakfast is good which makes it easy to start the day. The hotel is centrally located near the main attractions which makes it easy to explore and find your way back to the hotel. There is a complementary shuttle service that can pick you up/drop you off at the airport which is a useful service.

The room was dirty and had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. The carpets were stained and the room smelt bad.
