The Best Western Ellerslie International Hotel was a convenient and welcoming stay for myself and my family. the staff were accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Auckland. the relaxation facilities such as the swimming pool added to our enjoyment, and nearby landmarks like Mt. St John Domain and Mount Hobson provided great opportunities for family bonding.

Friendly staff, convenient location on main road. Short walk to food options in Ellerslie. Surprisingly quiet despite proximity to road. Clean room with unexpected kitchenette. Separate bedroom and good air conditioning.

The room was amazing! It felt cozy with a spa bath and a comfy lazyboy chair. the lighting was perfect, and I felt safe with great security. Parking right outside was a bonus.

The shower head needed a deep clean, but overall, it didn't bother me much.

Despite a slight hiccup with room servicing, the abundance of towels made up for it. The location was perfect for a relaxing stay close to shops and dining options, with friendly staff to top it off. The spa was a highlight, although the mini bar items were a bit overpriced. A small issue with the spa bath plug was easily manageable. Despite being more of a motel, the overall experience was enjoyable and worth a return visit.

I especially enjoyed the lazyboy chair and the convenient ground floor parking. the onsite restaurant served a good breakfast and the room was clean and well-furnished.

Access ramp in disabled room not ideal.

The complimentary breakfast and WiFi were a plus during our Xmas stay. the hotel was located near many shops and restaurants which made it easy for us to find places to eat and explore. the staff was friendly and helpful when we needed recommendations for things to do.

Our stay at this hotel was not completely enjoyable. the soundproofing was poor and we could hear our noisy neighbors all night long.
