The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of options to choose from. The views of the city from the hotel are amazing.

The bar in the spa was a bit small, and at times the jacuzzi was full, resulting in an awkward experience.

We had a great experience at Alvear Icon. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The price we paid for our room was also reasonable and provided excellent value for the quality of service we received. we had a superb stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the stunning views from our room on the 14th floor and the excellent health spa with a swim-friendly pool. The staff was friendly and informed, making our stay truly five-star. Sebastian, the barman at the Cristal Bar, treated us with great hospitality and made our visit a real treat. We can't wait to come back and enjoy the outdoor pool during the summer.

Spent an amazing Easter at a modern hotel that exceeded my expectations from the quality of the rooms to the overall atmosphere. Enjoyed the spacious pool and gym - perfect for relaxation and fitness. Two complimentary chocolates and Easter eggs delivered to my room was a pleasant surprise, as was the prime location, steps away from the stunning river view and historic landmarks.

The wait for a cab was a bit long, and the concierge could have been more helpful with finding a better solution. A couple of the dishes at the breakfast buffet could have been fresher, but the wide selection made it easy to find something to enjoy.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel was going to provide me with a luxurious stay. the exclusive amenities in my room were outstanding, with a private balcony offering stunning views of the city. the Spa & wellness center here was outstanding with a range of treatments available. the indoor swimming pool and Sauna were both immaculately kept, creating the perfect environment to relax in.

Although staff were friendly and happy to assist, clearer signage would have been helpful.
