Luggage delays and forgotten cab reservations created such a hassle!!! ATM or currency exchange facilities are a must!!! Also, that broken bathroom door needs urgent attention!!! Please improve customer service during peak hours!!!

Man, the views from the brekkie spot on the 31st floor were just out of this world! The staff were super friendly, and we even had a lekker chat with Francisco at the concierge who helped us with a last-minute tango show plan. The spa was unreal!

Only downside, the reception chommies could use some more training—felt a bit lost at times. But overall, a fab stay!

Request a high floor for better views. the panorama from the breakfast area is stunning. Additionally, check out the rooftop bar for a great ambiance.

staying at alvear icon was amazing! the hotel is in a perfect spot in puerto madero, close to great restaurants. the staff at breakfast went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. i also loved the full-service spa with great treatments. the views are simply breathtaking!

Had a boss time, la! Seriously loved the spa and wellness centre, great treatments and the indoor pool was proper lush. Just a bit of a hassle with the reception staff, they could do with a bit more training. But overall, it was a sound stay!

Had a Deluxe Room with amazing views. The hot tub was great, and the amenities were top-notch. Spa was impressive with treatments like massages and body scrubs. Rooftop bar had good vibes. Francisco at the concierge was super helpful, getting us tickets for a show. Perfect location near good restaurants.

The Deluxe Double Room was super clean and spacious, with stunning city views. The beds were comfy, making it easy to relax after a day out. Hot tub in the room was a nice touch too! The location was perfect, right in Puerto Madero, close to awesome restaurants. Just a great place to unwind.
