I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Santiago Atitlan. The room was spacious with a balcony, and the warm blankets kept me cozy. The front desk staff were friendly and helped me with all my transportation and local food questions. I really enjoyed the free purified water and having a restaurant on-site. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great amenities and helpful staff.

The breakfast buffet and cream vegetable soup were delicious. The Moharra fish dish was a hit with my husband. The staff were pleasant, and the sauna was enjoyable. The gardens, though not perfect, led to a beautiful lake. The spacious and clean rooms, particularly room 22 on the 3rd floor, were impressive. The pool, though I didn't swim in it, seemed clean.

Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful outside area, surrounded by trees and flowers, offering a scenic view of the lake. The pool was large and well-maintained, providing a refreshing spot to relax and cool off during the stay.

Great sized room, good pool, Temezcal sauna, pretty gardens, helpful staff, Mayan town vibe.

Excellent shower and comfortable bed. the hotel's proximity to the stunning lake and the charming town center was a huge plus. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast before starting our day.

The property seemed a bit run-down and lacking in attention to detail. the pillows were uncomfortable, and the restaurant service was slow and overpriced.
