I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Santiago Atitlan. The room was spacious with a balcony, and the warm blankets kept me cozy. The front desk staff were friendly and helped me with all my transportation and local food questions. I really enjoyed the free purified water and having a restaurant on-site. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great amenities and helpful staff.

The breakfast buffet and cream vegetable soup were delicious. The Moharra fish dish was a hit with my husband. The staff were pleasant, and the sauna was enjoyable. The gardens, though not perfect, led to a beautiful lake. The spacious and clean rooms, particularly room 22 on the 3rd floor, were impressive. The pool, though I didn't swim in it, seemed clean.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful gardens and just a short walk to the market and restaurants. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with everything I needed for a great night's sleep. The restaurant served delicious food and the breakfasts were a real treat. The pool and sauna were a wonderful addition, and I can't wait to come back and try them out next time!

Excellent shower and comfortable bed. The hotel's proximity to the stunning lake and the charming town center was a huge plus. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast before starting our day.

The property seemed a bit run-down and lacking in attention to detail. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the restaurant service was slow and overpriced.
