The location in the Recoleta area is ideal for sightseeing, with numerous dining options and parks within walking distance. Breakfast offered an enjoyable variety, particularly the assorted muffins that added a nice touch. The rooftop pool area, although small, provided a cozy atmosphere with comfortable loungers, perfect for relaxation after exploring the city. One downside was the occasional noise from the street, which could be distracting at night. The staff was consistently professional and responsive to any requests during our stay.

the staff seeme d completely incompetent when my room wasn’t ready at check-in, leaving me to wander around aimlessly at 2am. also, the jacuzzi at the spa was out of order, which was just, so lovely after a long day. surely, as a special guest, I should have at least received somthing to compensate for these major inconveniences.

The breakfast had fantastic variety, especially loved the fresh fruits and cheeses, and the suite was spacious with a lovely bathroom, though the pool area was a bit cool for swimming. I would definitely stay again!
