Situated in a prime location close to the family street festival on Sunday mornings, Autentico Hotel San Jose is the ideal choice for young families. The hotel is also in proximity to Sabana Park, a supermarket, and an array of excellent restaurants and museums that cater to all tastes. The friendly staff provides excellent service, and the buffet breakfast offers a variety of delicious options to start your day. The rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with modern amenities that ensure a pleasant stay.

Some rooms may experience noise from outside, but this can easily be remedied by using earplugs or headphones.

We had a great stay at a clean and basic hotel with a fantastic breakfast buffet and accommodating staff. The location was convenient, with grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the friendly and helpful staff. They made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist me. the location of the hotel was also excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Additionally, I enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered at the hotel.

There were a few aspects that I didn't like. the lighting in the bedroom was too bright, which made it difficult to sleep.

Stayed two nights, different rooms each night. First room was large on second floor, second room was small on first floor. Larger room on second floor was better. Coffee machine in both rooms. Restaurant/bar had good food at reasonable prices.

The view from the room was stunning, with beautiful mountains and beaches in sight. The hotel's location was very convenient, just a short distance from downtown. There was always an Uber available for easy transportation. The staff at the restaurant were very nice and the food was reasonably priced. Plus, the check-in process was quick and easy thanks to Raquel.

My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The room was lacking in space and the bathroom easily flooded.

The newly renovated rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable. The breakfast and lunch buffet had great quality and good value. The pool area was a lovely oasis to relax in. The staff were attentive and helpful.

The hotel is located near to a lovely park for a stroll. It is also easy to get to the city centre and the airport. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The service at breakfast was friendly and the food was varied with gluten-free options available. The pool provided a refreshing break from the heat.

Sadly, the noise from other guests was a little disruptive at times.

I stayed at Autentico for 4 nights, and it was perfect for my stay in San Jose. The location is great, just a short walk to city parks and museums. The staff, especially Brayan, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is small and comfortable, with a nice pool. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The parking attendant was also amazing, helping us with GPS and even cleaning our car. The included breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.
