We loved this place! The location is perfect, very close to the lake and excellent walking trails. It's also far away from the city center, which gives it a more peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff were super attentive to our every need and request, and the service room service was top-notch. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities like a mini-bar and in-room safe. The spa and wellness center was a great addition, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. We also enjoyed the outdoor areas, like the sun terrace and garden area. Highly recommended to everyone!

The hotel's restaurant had some issues with service and availability of dishes, which could be improved.

The pool and outdoor areas were very well-maintained and clean. the location was great, very close to some of the best viewpoints in the area and a short drive to the town center. the staff was friendly and willing to help with recommendations and directions.

The rooms were very outdated and in need of renovation. the bedding and towels were old and worn and the air conditioning did not work well, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

We had an exceptional stay at a luxury small hotel out of town. The spacious room had a private jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation. The location was ideal for exploring Ciruito Chico, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. The staff was helpful, arranging trips and providing excellent service. Despite a slight issue with the air freshener, everything else was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.
