Convenient location, clean rooms, nice pool and spa, ample parking, good internet.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with the beach just across the street, making it convenient for beachgoers. It is also close to shops and restaurants, providing easy access for shopping and dining. The proximity to the park is a bonus, offering a peaceful and scenic retreat. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with excellent laundry facilities. The pool and spa are a great addition, perfect for relaxation.

The decor of the rooms can be inconsistent, with some needing maintenance and improvement.

Conveniently located near hotpools, shops, and beach. Comfortable and clean beds. Great water pressure in the shower. Recently renovated with friendly and accommodating hosts.

I stayed at a centrally located apartment with great views. The apartment was spacious and had a nice range of toiletries. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and gave helpful information about restaurants and attractions in the area. The spa and swimming pools were a nice bonus, and the price was good.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the fantastic location. We were right in the heart of Mount Maunganui, close to all the amenities and just a short walk to the beach. The rooms had a great view, especially those on the 4th floor with a harbor view. We appreciated the attention to detail, such as the designated space to place our luggage in the bedroom. The basic amenities provided were more than enough for our stay. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Breakfast was a delightful way to start our day.

All was well, no improvements needed.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the main town. We really liked the complementary champagne and chocolates that were waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. the view from the apartment was breathtaking, we enjoyed the sunrise and sunset from the balcony every day.

The laundry dryer could use some updating, it was a bit rough on our clothes. it was a bit difficult to find extra washing and dishwasher powder in the apartment.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment I stayed in had a full-size fridge and kitchen, which was great for cooking my own meals. The cleanliness of the apartment was exceptional, and I really appreciated the well-maintained pools and spa. The location of this hotel was perfect as it was within walking distance to both the harbor beach and the main beach. Additionally, having my own parking space was a huge plus.
