As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the excellent location, spacious and accessible building, and kind staff. The large, quiet room with a comfortable bed and ample lighting made for a relaxing stay. The bathroom with a jet bath and separate shower cubicle provided convenience. The hotel's proximity to the waterfront and port gates allowed for easy arrival and departure without needing a taxi. The presence of a taxi rank and a variety of good restaurants nearby on San Martín Street added to the convenience.

I felt most welcome and had no complaints at all during my stay.

Had a great time with friends during New Year's Eve. the hotel offered us some complimentary drinks and snacks which was a nice gesture. the location was perfect, right in the heart of town, close to everything. We loved being able to walk everywhere and explore the town. the view from the hotel room was amazing, we could see the ocean and the mountains.

It was quite small and cramped and didn't meet our expectations. the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy.

It was also near the cruise terminal, which made it really convenient for me. The service was top-notch, with amenities like dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry available. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great features like an ironing facility, mini-bar, and in-room safe. The staff was friendly and professional, and the dining options were excellent, with a restaurant offering a continental breakfast and a bar/lounge area for snacks. The leisure facilities were outstanding, with a spa & wellness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The spa treatments were luxurious and rejuvenating. I had a wonderful experience here.

our recent stay in ushuaia was fantastic, especially thanks to the wonderful experience at canal beagle. the location was perfect, right by the docks and tourist information building, making it extremely convenient. the breakfast with a view, comfortable beds, and hot shower made it even better than our previous stay. highly recommended.
