Amazing Location and Great Service

We couldn't have asked for a better location during our stay at CasaSur. Being close to the beautiful parks and the vibrant shops and restaurants of Palermo made exploring the city so convenient. And the hotel even provided bikes for us to venture around Buenos Aires, which was a real adventure. The check-in process was smooth and the reception staff were very helpful.

The hotel is ideally located in the center of the courtyard, making it a peaceful and quiet retreat in the bustling Palermo area. It is conveniently close to the US Embassy, allowing easy access for guests with official business. Additionally, there is a charming wine bar nearby, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploration. The spacious rooms offer a comfortable stay, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The friendly and helpful staff go above and beyond to assist guests, providing a welcoming and supportive environment. The breakfast, although not outstanding, offers a good variety of options, including the ability to order eggs to your liking.

The hotel seems to lack a bar service at the pool, and there were no beach umbrellas available.

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is in a great location, nestled in a wonderful neighborhood that felt quiet and residential yet still had plenty of small cafes and restaurants nearby. The service was fantastic, with housekeeping and laundry always prompt and shuttle service available for a fee. The room amenities were top-notch, with soundproofed rooms, air conditioning, and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was a daily highlight, with plenty of options on the buffet spread. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available to help with tours/ticket assistance or luggage storage. The leisure facilities were great, with an outdoor swimming pool and a fantastic spa & wellness center that included a sauna and full-body massages.

Felt very cared for, nothing was too much trouble.

Great value for money. The place had everything we needed and more. The pool area was particularly enjoyable, and the breakfast was of high standard. The receptionists were very welcoming and provided helpful tips for our exploration of the city. Two complementary drinks were included in our room rate. The location was perfect too, with lots of bars and restaurants for dinner and drinks within walking distance, as well as numerous supermarkets for convenience.

Our room was rather small, and the bathroom drainage needed some attention. The walls were thin, and we could hear the noise from the street, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
