The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the main tourist areas through the nearby tram services. The T1 tram line is just a stone's throw away, making it convenient to explore the city and even reach the airport. The hotel also offers free transport to the airport, which is a great bonus for first-time visitors.

One minor downside is that the bathroom showers are not separate, resulting in the entire floor getting wet and slightly slippery. However, this is only a small inconvenience and doesn't significantly affect the overall experience.

The breakfast at Hotel Torun was outstanding, with a wide variety of food choices and tea and coffee available. The staff were helpful, although not all were fluent in English. We enjoyed having breakfast on the small terrace outside the hotel. The location was convenient, with tram services just a short walk away, making it easy to reach the main tourist areas. the quality for the price was excellent.

The noise level in the hotel was unbearable. the room walls were thin, which made it easy to hear noises from the corridors and the street.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with fresh bedsheets and a well-maintained bathroom. the traditional and delicious breakfast provided a great start to our day.

The lack of air conditioning, which made the summer heat in Istanbul a bit uncomfortable. Another drawback was the small size of the rooms, with just enough space for the bed.
