The hotel is conveniently located in the centre, close to the Martial area, making it easy to explore the town. Guests can easily access the town centre by taxi or shuttle. The rooms offer a nice view of the harbour and snowy mountains, providing a picturesque backdrop during your stay.

The service at the hotel, especially at the reception, leaves much to be desired. The staff seems unhelpful and disorganized, leading to a lack of customer service.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Beagle Channel and the majestic mountains. It is conveniently located close to the Martial area, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding nature and enjoy outdoor activities. And the best part? The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the city center, making it convenient for us to shop and dine in the bustling downtown area.

This hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Our romantic escape to this hotel was a success. The views were stunning and the location was peaceful with good access to hiking trails. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. To add to our experience, the spa services were a welcome escape from the cold and the massages were value for money.

The dinner service was incredibly slow, and the staff were not attentive. Although the breakfast was good and offered a range of food, it lacked variety.

The room itself was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The water was hot. The view was still pretty despite not getting the room we asked for. The staff went out of their way to help with a lost item. I would recommend this hotel.
