The location of Hilton Garden Inn Harlingen Convention Center was fantastic! It was convenient and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The staff members were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We were impressed with the size of the pool and enjoyed a refreshing swim. The beds in our room were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the water pressure in the shower being a bit low, it didn't hinder our overall experience. We also wished there was a hot tub, but it wasn't a big deal.

One more advantage of this hotel was their snack area in the lobby, which was very convenient.

I was charged twice for my stay, which wasn't great. Despite showing multiple staff members my first receipt, it took over a month to get the issue resolved, which was a hassle.
