The location of Hilton Garden Inn Harlingen Convention Center was fantastic! It was convenient and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The staff members were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We were impressed with the size of the pool and enjoyed a refreshing swim. The beds in our room were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the water pressure in the shower being a bit low, it didn't hinder our overall experience. We also wished there was a hot tub, but it wasn't a big deal.

The hotel was very clean and tidy, which was great and the attitude of the staff was wonderful. They were very helpful when I lost my wallet and went above and beyond to check on security footage and help me find it. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with everything within easy walking distance. One more advantage of this hotel was their snack area in the lobby, which was very convenient.

Despite showing multiple staff members my first receipt, it took over a month to get the issue resolved, which was a hassle. the beds and pillows were also uncomfortable, which made for a less than satisfying night's sleep.

The Hilton Garden Inn exceeded our expectations as low-budget travelers. The staff was friendly, the pool was a decent size, and the beds were comfortable. The facility was clean and they were accommodating with supplies. We loved the snack area in the lobby.
